Scope

DeltaV automation configuration and testing for biopharmaceutical process areas on the Celltrion Crater project.

What I worked on

  • Configured and tested DeltaV Equipment Modules and Phase Logic for BPBH process areas.
  • Supported formulation and filling area automation including Phase Logic testing and validation.
  • Worked on CIP process automation including Phase Logic configuration and testing support.
  • Developed custom DeltaV modules for utility system Sequential Flow Charts (SFCs).
  • Supported punch point implementation and engineering updates during project execution.
  • Provided technical guidance and onboarding support to newly joined project team members.
