Scope

Full DeltaV project lifecycle support for a large-scale GMP biopharmaceutical manufacturing program, covering upstream and downstream process areas.

What I worked on

  • Configured and tested DeltaV Equipment Modules and Phase Logic for biopharma manufacturing systems.
  • Developed and tested batch recipes including Procedures, Unit Procedures, and Operations.
  • Built and tested custom DeltaV Control Modules including Timers, Message Modules, USMs, PSICs, and Transfer Modules.
  • Supported Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) across multiple project areas.
  • Selected for on-site assignment in South Korea supporting FAT execution, downstream engineering changes, SAT coordination, and customer-facing automation activities.
  • Supported validation documentation, SAT execution, and IOV protocol activities.
